About the Role Lyra is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner and customer ecosystem team. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that is highly collaborative and able to synthesize input from many different cross-functional teams in articulating and executing a roadmap. This Senior PM will play a critical role in owning product planning and launches, partnering closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS), Operations, and the leadership team to execute our product strategy and achieve our business goals. This role is highly visible and is crucial in ensuring that we execute at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.
This role will be located onsite at our Burlingame, CA headquarters (hybrid; 1-2 days per week in-office).
\n ResponsibilitiesEngage with sales, customer success, prospects, customers, and channel partners to understand pain points and opportunity areas, and develop product (or non-product) plans that help achieve both short and longer term business objectivesDefine and deliver tools that empower our Go to Market teams, and enable our customers and partners to effectively explore and implement Lyra's solutionPartner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify pain points and define strategies to drive platform scalabilityOwn product roadmap by gathering input, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing features according to our business goalsDrive excellent product development experience for the product/design/engineering team by writing concise documentation and engineering tickets, supporting the design process, running team rituals, and coordinating successful releasesTrack overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiencesCollaborate with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmapIdentify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goalsFoster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Sr. Product Manager, Customer & Partner Ecosystem is $133,000 - $183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
