About the role:
As a Sr. Product Manager within GoHealth's Product Management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI, data and analytics capabilities. This is a newly formed team focused on addressing critical business challenges through robust data and analytics foundation capabilities, including a unified data & AI platform, data & AI governance with master data management practices, and customer 360. The key objectives are to improve how organization runs, grows and optimizes the business while delivering personalized shopping experiences for Medicare consumers.
In this role, you will manage AI Ready Data capabilities for both predictive and generative AI model building. For predictive AI, you will design a solution to perform data analysis, feature engineering, feature discovery, partitioning, sampling strategies, and more. For generative AI, you will work on defining the strategies for accessing unstructured multi-model data, and document and text processing such as vectorization and knowledge graph building. You will draw from your extensive knowledge and experience in both data preparation for model building, integrating and deploying it to production pipelines and workflow experience endpoints at scale.
What you will do:
Dive deep into complex challenges faced by our external (Medicare consumers and Health Plans) and internal (Business leaders, Data Science, ML engineering, Product experience & design) stakeholders.
Gather Voice of Customer and translate it into valuable insights to define and prioritize roadmap.
Lead technical discussions and be a thought leader to identify the appropriate AI model for business outcome metrics, make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
Work with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and software developers to guide the development of the models and deployment to endpoints.
Conduct regular product reviews to measure the product success; monitor and track model and product performance against these metrics.
Contribute to the overall product strategy by establishing scalable AI & data foundation.
What we are looking for:
4+ years hands-on experience or working knowledge in Data Prep and Machine Learning or Generative AI product development and deployment to experience workflows
Strong data acumen, statistical analysis and problem-solving ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize AI products
Understanding the fundamentals of machine learning, deep learning, and data science, including practical applications and limitations
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript, as well as AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and understanding of cloud-based infrastructure
Proficiency in sourcing, understanding, and validating data, ensuring it is relevant and ethically procured
Exceptional ability to translate AI & data product strategy into executable and prioritized roadmap, considering cross-functional dependencies.
Creative execution with ability to manage several initiatives in different stages of product lifecycle.
A systems thinker, effective written and verbal communicator, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of organization.
