We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team focused on equipment asset management.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and successful implementation of new product focused on helping our customers better manage their medical equipment availability.
Your experience with mission critical assets, coupled with your expertise in product management, will be critical in shaping our strategic roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and their patients.
Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for our emerging enterprise asset management.Lead the end-to-end product development process, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric healthcare products.Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.Engage with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and vendors to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into product development.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective and timely product delivery.Perform data & analytics deep dives in partnership with our Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure reliability of datasets and accuracy of insights provided through the product.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new products.Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.Define and track key product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5-7 years in product management, preferably in the service solutions or in healthcare software solutions.Experience with enterprise asset management including equipment lifecycles and service contracts.Strong knowledge with agile product development methodologies.Experience in data & analytics including hands-on data skills.Experience within the healthcare ecosystem preferred.Who We Want to Meet You're a positive person, ready to serve as an enthusiastic promoter of PartsSource.You're a problem solver, always looking to find ways to work towards a win-win solution.You're a strong influencer able to gain the trust and confidence of leadership teams.You don't settle for the status quo.You're accountable and own your actions.Interested?
