Join us on the Mosaic AI team and be at the forefront of redefining what's possible with Generative AI. We're seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager who embodies an "own it" attitude, thrives on first principles thinking, and excels at influencing key stakeholders.
The impact you will have: You will own the model training product, roadmap, and business.You will use a mix of customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to reach conclusions and drive alignment with your stakeholders, and then design product features to address them.You will work with our senior engineers to innovate and invent on behalf of customers, you will work with senior leaders to build sales enablement and go-to-market strategies, and you will work with customers to continue to understand their needs and refine our roadmap.What we look for: 5+ years of Product Management experienceProduct managers who have demonstrated the ability to build, ship, and iterate on a product multiple timesNaturally curious product managers who are truth-seekingFirst principles thinkers who can innovate from breaking problems downCustomer-obsessed product managers who make customers feel heard and help the team with customer empathyProduct managers who can quickly gain influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersPay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
