The Senior Product Manager, Wetstock Management and Monitoring for North America (NA) plays a critical role on the NA Product Management team.
Responsible for Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG), Wetstock / Fuel Management and related products, the Sr.
Product Manager will guide products from ideation to greatness and profitability.
Core responsibilities include ensuring that the product fulfills NA customer requirements and business objectives while achieving the clients business goals, blending market insight with business strategy to steer product development and collaborating closely with engineering, sales, client's partners and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and define the overall strategy and goals for the Wetstock Management and Monitoring product portfolio.
* Create the product roadmap for the product portfolio with a clear plan on how new NA market opportunities aligned with new product features will deliver the annual revenue and profit plans.
* Manage the revenue and margin for the product portfolio including pricing.
* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand the market needs and the product's position within the market.
* Establish relationships with key accounts and market segments while actively seeking Voice-Of-Market (VOM) and product feedback.
* Accountable for product portfolio lifecycle from definition through End-of-Life activities.
Throughout the product lifecycle, monitor product performance against key metrics and goals.
Based on this data, make informed decisions to optimize the product portfolio.
* Develop a close collaboration with the commercial sales team including forecasting, win/loss, and competitive analysis.
* Demonstrate excellence in execution; aligning key stakeholders to decisions, engineering and operations, highly collaborative with cross-functional partners and customers.
* Support and work closely with the product manufacturing and SaaS organizations to actively maintain product quality and operational margin.
* Communicate with stakeholders, including company executives, to report on product performance, progress, and future plans.

Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5+ years of product management experience ideally hardware products and/or SaaS solutions
- - AND/OR
3-5+ years of ATG and Wetstock Management industry knowledge/experience
* Demonstrated success in growing market share, developing new products, and creating brand loyalty
* Demonstrated history working with a dynamic sales team with multiple sales channels
* Experience in leading new high-tech solutions and communicating features, advantages, and benefits
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* BS/BA required or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Knowledge in the retail or commercial fueling industry (gas stations, convenience stores, fleet fueling operations, etc.)
