Summary Alma Lasers North America seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing product strategy, lifecycle management, and market success for a portfolio of devices. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and support innovative solutions that meet market demands while fulfilling clinical, regulatory, and business requirements.

Own technical product knowledge (including creating and maintaining product documentation) and supporting cross-functional teams regarding products and their capabilities Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs Work closely with R&D, engineering, project, marketing, and clinical team leaders to translate customer, sales, and market requirements into technical specifications Collaborate with regulatory and downstream marketing teams to ensure product strategy aligns with healthcare regulations (FDA, Health Canada) and commercial objectives Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch through to end-of-life Oversee product updates, enhancements, and phased-out products to ensure relevance and competitiveness in the market Gather feedback from cross-functional commercial team leaders, customers, and thought leaders to continuously improve the product and address user needs Engage with stakeholders to align on product goals, timelines, and priorities. Work closely with the downstream marketing team, field-based clinical and sales teams, and internal cross-functional groups to deliver technical product training Provide effective project management skills, including product backlog management, sprint planning, and elaboration of tasks, projects, and operational needs Stay informed on aesthetic medical device industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the industry and adjacent markets Proven experience in the medical device industry or healthcare-related field, with expertise in navigating technical, regulatory, and clinical requirements Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle Extensive knowledge of product management best practices, functional design principles, and application delivery methodologies Knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to develop effective product line processes and strategies Highly skilled at multitasking, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple roles and projects simultaneously Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent planning, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, proven to work effectively across cross-functional teams Passion for innovation and designing user-centered experiences Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering required; Graduate business or healthcare-related degree preferred 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry or related healthcare field Extensive experience with agile methodologies and project management tools to develop workflows and project plans Skills Required Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities and the Alma team Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Cloud-based application familiarity (Google Workspaces, Dropbox, Wrike) NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred Adept at managing multiple priorities and excelling in fast-paced environments Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.

Travel This position requires 30-40% travel, including overnight and weekend commitments.
