As a Sr.
Product Manager , you'll lead agile teams, daily standups, write user stories, groom backlog, and coordinate team activities to make an impact across the federal government.
You'll also lead kickoff workshops, discovery sprints, road-mapping exercises, and prioritization efforts with clients and teams.

What you'll do: Lead workshops and support activities structured at defining the problem to be solved, generating hypotheses, promoting ideation, and managing tradeoffs.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to facilitate decision-making and to inform the future of the products we build.
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback for MetroStar Product Managers.
Help tell the story of our work, its value, outcomes, and impact, and advocate for additional iterative and human-centered solutions.
Take part in hiring activities (e.g., submitting referrals, conducting interviews, and attending interview debriefs), as needed.
What you'll need to succeed: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team.
Experience serving as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a platform as a service (PaaS) team.
Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across the team, clients, stakeholders, and other contractors.
Bias towards action, being able to step up into team gaps and ambiguous situations to structure the team's work to be done.
Capacity to execute with incomplete or conflicting information; strong product instincts and an ability to create order from divergent needs.
Ability to define a product objective and work backward on how to achieve the objective.
Ability to identify trends and shifts that will affect product direction, and update plans based on future expectations.
Comfortable working at senior levels with government product owners and MetroStar executives.
You have an active DoD Secret clearance.
