As a Product Manager for the Amazon Legal Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and systems used to manage contracts across Amazon's global Legal department and business teams.
You will be responsible for owning and driving the roadmap, development, and delivery of the software solutions that power Amazon's contract management processes.

Key job responsibilitiesWork closely with software engineering teams to design, build, and launch new features and capabilities for the Legal technology platformCollaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and requirements around contract managementDevelop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to continuously improve the user experience and drive productivity gainsManage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to release and ongoing optimizationRun the user community, gathering feedback, writing user stories, and prioritizing the product backlogEnsure customer requirements are met by working in an agile software development modelBASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience as a product manager or ownerExperience owning technology productsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
