The Sr. Product Manager, Market Research is pivotal in driving growth and sustaining a competitive edge by developing and executing strategic product initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Detailed Job Duties: Product Strategy and Roadmap Spearhead the creation of innovative product strategies for Market Research.Architect and refine the product roadmap, craft detailed requirements, and bolster strategic initiatives.Take ownership of the product roadmap, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of product initiatives.Harness data-driven insights to strategically prioritize and steer decision-making processes.Product Development and Management Drive the product development cycle, focusing on enhancing survey, insights, and market research functionalities.Collaborate intensively with user research, design, and engineering teams to transform customer insights into precise product specifications.Partner with engineering and data science teams to fuse cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies into our Insights products.Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint and capitalize on improvement opportunities.Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering Actively engage with both internal and external customers, eliciting critical insights and meticulously crafting requirements.Analyze and interpret user research data, including surveys, interviews, and user testing outcomes, to inform product development.Documentation and Process Improvement Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and mockups.Proactively refine and enhance established processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration and Communication Represent the product line in pre-sales scenarios, integrating with third parties and serving as the product ambassador.Masterfully communicate product prioritization decisions and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.Collaborate seamlessly with global/offshore teams, navigating across different time zones to drive collective success.Market Research and Analysis Conduct thorough market research to uncover user needs and stay ahead of industry trends.Product Launch and Execution Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring a smooth and successful go-to-market strategy that maximizes product impact.What does SUCCESS look like? Success in the role of Sr. Product Manager, Market Research hinges on the ability to develop products that resonate deeply with customers, ensuring rapid deployment of new features and consistent enhancements to existing offerings. This role demands the effective management and development of the product roadmap, with a keen focus on utilizing resources efficiently to achieve swift delivery and meet strategic objectives. Collaboration is key; working closely with design, sales, and marketing teams is essential to craft compelling go-to-market strategies. Continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle ensures alignment and facilitates timely adjustments. Regularly leading and participating in meetings, including sprint ceremonies, with the product design, development, and QA teams helps in maintaining project momentum and addressing any production challenges swiftly. Moreover, tracking product performance meticulously to identify improvement opportunities is crucial for ongoing product refinement and success. This proactive approach to product management drives the delivery of high-quality, beloved products and fosters ongoing innovation and improvement.
The Must Haves: Five or more (5+) years of product management experience in a product-related role in technology or software development, preferably within the market research industry.Demonstrated experience integrating advanced AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities.Demonstrated leadership experience, especially the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder management and to drive initiatives to successful completion.Exceptional multitasker, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a productive and fast-paced product development environment.Be well-versed in Agile methodologies and best practices with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex system integrations in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong working knowledge of both UX Design and Software Development approaches.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure product outcomes.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with ease.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exceptional organizational skill with a strong attention to detail.Travel internationally for business purposes, with the possibility of 1-3 trips per year.The Nice to Haves: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred.Experience in a rapidly scaling organization is a plus.Pay Transparency: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $124,000-$139,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
