Senior Product Manager-Network Services Summary/Objective
Centersquare, a global provider of Data Center and Colocation Services, is currently seeking a highly seasoned Product Manager to take ownership and all Product Management responsibilities (development, implementation and life cycle management) for Centersquare's suite of network services.
The candidate will report to the Director of Product and work closely with cross functional leadership and partners to execute strategic direction, go-to-market strategy, and evolve the Product.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Data Center industry and network services including IP connectivity, Point-to-Point service and network fabrics within a data center environment.Experience working with partners is a strong plus.
Responsibilities: Responsible for lifecycle management of the technical network product portfolio, including but not limited to: IP Connect Virtual Cross Connects Network Fabric Cloud Connect Maintains Service Descriptions, SLAs and all product-related documentation Defines quote to cash processes and support requirements Drives standards where possible and non-standard guidelines/processes Versed on industry trends and competitive landscape, recommends and drives product feature changes, enhancements and adds to product set so it remains strategic and successful May engage with executives on business case development and partner evaluation for new product offerings Work with cross functional teams to integrate new products and features within the systems and processes of the business Manges availability, pricing and SKU structure for defined product set Provides input to strategic promotions/bundles/sales incentives to drive portfolio adoption.
Aids in capacity management for network services - provide utilization reports and advise on cadence to for augmentations to support future sales Required Experience: BS/BA degree in a business or technical discipline - or equivalent experience At least 5 years of product management experience in a related field Experience in technical networking field strongly preferred Tactical product planning and go-to-market skills Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Proven track record of managing portfolios to maximize revenue and drive significant revenue growth Experience using collaboration and CRM tools Metrics driven with a proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making Excellent writer and public speaker in front of large groups and directly with customers Essential Functions:

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any direct reports or direct supervisory responsibility; however, it will require oversight of cross functional teams.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time, hybrid - 3 days a week on site in Dallas, Tx office.
Travel
Typical travel will be between 10 and 20%
