This position is part of the Marketing and Strategy department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the DNA Product Management Team and report to the Sr. Director, Product Management responsible for driving growth and financial performance of the Research-grade DNA asset.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Own top and bottom-line financial results, meeting or exceeding expectations for high value product/service line, via effective collaboration with cross functional stakeholders/senior leaders and tracking and reporting on KPIs.

Drive pre- and post-launch New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Operations, and Commercial) to deliver committed results on time and within budget and escalating to leadership when necessary.

Lead product development efforts by measuring product performance, gathering customer insights, interpreting market trends and regulatory guidance, and tracking key metrics; then apply these insights to define product features and requirements, execute on product evolution, and drive innovation to deliver superior value and differentiation.

Partner with Product Management leadership to build and execute strategic initiatives to drive year-over-year growth in high-value (revenue, strategic impact, complexity) product/service line.

Own lifecycle management, including driving performance via action-oriented planning, informing pricing & discounting policies, and working cross-functionally to assess necessity for product evolution or discontinuation: to include executing on VOC to gather and apply customer insights.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or equivalent degree required.

Long standing experience in sales, marketing, or product management in the life sciences industry or related.

Proven success delivering products/services that are innovative, client-centric, and have met or exceeded business goals.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently with a solution-oriented mindset.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Strong technical background in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology or Cell and Gene Therapy.

Established network of KOL's in cell and gene therapy industry.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
