What You'll Do: As a Sr.
Product Manager - Retail Operations you will be in charge of our Retail Systems department, shaping and advancing our retail operations through effective management and enhancement of systems like ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), POS systems, and seed-to-sale tracking systems.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Curaleaf's retail operations.
Lead the strategy and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring the seamless integration of systems into our daily operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve our existing POS system while strategically planning for future needs.
Oversee a team of retail systems associates responsible for product and promotion creation.
Manage Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, including requirements gathering and user training.
Collaborate closely with dispensary leadership to refine retail system usage.
Build strong partnerships with software vendors and drive innovation.
Set a strategic roadmap for retail systems products and maintain a product backlog.
Craft detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate priorities and progress.
Implement data governance frameworks for retail finished goods.
Ensure meticulous management of seed-to-sale tracking systems.
Analyze KPI data to assess effectiveness and guide strategic pivots.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of product management experience focused on Retail POS solutions.
Extensive experience in POS migrations and project planning.
Proven track record in applying project management principles.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementations.
Ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
