The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable.
Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all products, technology, discovery, and design work.


As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.
You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.
You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, analysts, and business partners to deliver a product.As a leader of people, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your direct reports.
You will ensure that they have the clarity and direction needed to execute strategic work in service of your product's and Roundel's OKRs.
This is a high-performing team, working in concert toidentify and tune multiple factors to drive highly desirable and meaningful business results.
In thiscapacity, you act as coach and mentor to builda strong team culture that is pragmatic in its approach to ambitious goals.
You are experienced and comfortable using constructive feedback and insights to motivate the team, guiding their development and continued growth as influencers,visionaries and impact drivers.

You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful.
You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.


You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction.
You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.Be bold, curious, and excited to solve big, complicated problems.

About you: Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of product management expertiseor equivalent domain experience Direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Ability to lead a team and develop talent across multiple disciplines Familiarity with ad tech sales cycles and associated downstream data flows Industry knowledge around sales enablement tools Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners Strong communication skills Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross functional partners Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success Ability to breakdown big ideas to drive incremental value and create roadmaps to long term success
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.
A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
