Key job responsibilitiesIn 2025, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that not only delight customers but also build unwavering trust in our services. This role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while consistently driving results that elevate our Customer Care to unprecedented levels of reliability and excellence.
You will:
Define and execute the vision for AI-driven customer care solutionsUtilize AWS Connect to enhance our customer interaction capabilitiesLead the evolution of our Knowledge Management toolsCollaborate across operations, business, and technology teamsWork closely with other AHS Product, Tech and UX leaders to create intuitive, customer-centric solutionsContinuously elevate product excellence and customer experience (internal/external)Understand Generative AI and its practical applications in customer experienceEnable AWS Connect based experiencesHave a strong background in Knowledge Management systemsLead and influence in ambiguous environmentsEmbrace a customer-centric philosophy and data-driven decision-making skillsDemonstrate exceptional resilience and problem-solving skills to address complex, evolving challengesThrive in a fast-paced environment with high standardsA day in the lifeYou'll be at the forefront of our efforts to revolutionize healthcare delivery. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
