The Expansions team is innovating how Amazon launches into new countries, introduces new businesses, enables legal entities changes, introduces new employee types and opens up new sites. We are building new solutions that will enable scale and automation for expansions to meet the pace of Amazon business and ensure we provide exception support to employees.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, as a Sr. Product Management - Tech, you will be responsible for driving product vision and strategy, and working cross-functionally at all levels to deliver automated solutions that empower Amazon to expand into new countries and businesses by leveraging automated solutions to initiate the setup of HR systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Recruiting as well as Security, and facilities to support the creation of the new entity by providing guided intelligence and visibility built into the automated workflow steps.

About the TeamThe PXT Employee Onboarding and Administration organization owns products which support HR business initiatives to continuously improve the user experience of Amazonians throughout the world. In this position, you will work with product managers, developers, UX designers and service delivery teams to build complex integrated solutions to meet the needs of our global workforce.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
