Our Senior Product Manager - Tech will own a range of customer facing experiences, applying Amazon's famed Customer Obsession and Think Big to a new and highly visible initiative.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, and an effective communicator.
We further seek candidates that have experience working with cross functional teams of tech, marketing, legal and finance, and can exercise strong judgement and apply frameworks to unblock teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDefining new products and services that drive customer engagementEvaluating the business opportunity and application of new and emerging technologiesGenerating buy-in for the product vision with leadership and partner teamsCreating and maintaining an optimized and logically sequenced roadmapTranslating customer experiences into clearly defined product requirementsManaging prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer experienceAnticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the team's ability to deliverLeading cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectivelyFamiliar with A/B testing practices.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsMBAAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
