We are seeking a motivated and multi-talented Sr Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about building products with an emphasis on design, quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
The individual will lead our selection matching workstream, which leverages science and heuristic methods to match customer requested items to the best Amazon ASINs.
This role is inherently cross-functional - this leader will work closely with engineering, product/program management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, and internal customers.
A successful candidate will be analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesAssess voice of customers, identify business opportunities, articulate required customer experience and clarify specific requirements.Work closely with Amazon Business Product/Program Management/Sales team to develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies.Keep leadership updated on product roadmap, project status and issues/opportunities in products.About the TeamThe Amazon Business Managed Spend Response team is focused on delivering high quality proposals to our largest business customers, unlocking multi-million dollar deals in incremental customer spend.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end-to-end product deliveryExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
