The Expansions team is innovating how Amazon launches into new countries, introduces new businesses, enables legal entities changes, introduces new employee types and opens up new sites. We are building new solutions that will enable scale and automation for expansions to meet the pace of Amazon business and ensure we provide exceptional support to employees.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Management - Tech, you will be responsible for driving product vision and strategy, and working cross-functionally at all levels to deliver automated solutions that empower Amazon to expand into new countries and businesses by leveraging automated solutions to initiate the setup of HR systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Recruiting as well as Security, and facilities to support the creation of the new entity by providing guided intelligence and visibility built into the automated workflow steps.
Are you passionate about building solutions to meet complex business needs? Do you have experience driving product roadmaps? Do you have strong business process and technical skills and are passionate about using them to improve global business processes?
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
