Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Shopping Design

This is a unique product opportunity to develop a new customer-centric roadmap. We are building a new Product team heavily focused on Shopping CX experimentation. Our PM team works closely with design partners on the team and engineering partners across the company to innovate and identify opportunities for storewide customer impact.
Our team is part of the Shopping Design org responsible for designing foundational shopping experiences, including discovery, homepage, inspirational shopping, detail page, purchasing, personalization, and more. In addition, our team supports the Rio Design system which owns major UI components (e.g. buttons, filters, alerts) which creates a more predictable and consistent shopping experience for our customers - used by thousands of Amazon builders. In 2024, we are driving a roadmap of 50 experiments across 20 teams.
The Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap within a broad coverage area such as discovery, core shopping, or storewide patterns. You will have exciting opportunities to experiment on the current CX and spend time looking around corners to help define the shopping experience of the future. This is a highly visible role that will interact with Shopping org teams and its many global partners.
Key job responsibilitiesDefining a CX vision for the shopping experience in partnership with your design team, developing an actionable product roadmap, and identifying and influencing product/engineering teams to run experiments.Managing a portfolio of experiments, some projects that span multiple teams and shopping experiences, and some that dive deep in one CX area.Leveraging your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your design team to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage incoming priorities from product/engineering teams.Utilizing your varied background and skillsets to dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- Well-developed analytical skills and experience setting up CX experiments and analyzing results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA
