Details of the offer

Sr. Product Manager Technical - External Services, Global Connectivity and Network AvailabilityAWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. As an outbound-focused Product Manager, you'll ensure our customers make the most of our capabilities to solve their business challenges. To do so you will develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for key product areas and use cases targeting customers, independent software vendors, and system integration partners. You will be the end-to-end owner of outbound campaigns that span channels (Web, social media, sales enablement, and more) to put those plans into action, measure results, and communicate impact. With a focus on adoption and customer success, you'll collaborate with AWS marketing, business development, and field teams to develop materials that support the outbound strategy with a data-backed understanding of customer success patterns. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating all friction points that come in the way of customer adoption and satisfaction with the service. This is a great opportunity to help our largest enterprise customers across all industries accelerate their adoption of AWS.

The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus within AWS and within customer organizations.
