The Amazon Marketplace enables over 2 million third-party selling partners in eleven marketplaces to list their products for sale to Amazon customers across the world.
Within our WW Marketplace business, International Seller Services (ISS) oversees the recruiting and development of Selling Partners for all of our international stores (e.g., UK, Germany, Japan, Middle East).
ISS also enables global selling, helping Sellers in one country expand and sell internationally.
The Central Analytics and Science team within the ISS org is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager - Technical to join us as our team's data and science product leader and help drive the next evolution of our science and analytics platform.

Your mission is to simplify and accelerate the data experience for our internal and external customers.
You essentially are the quarterback - responsible for the "end-to-end" data and science product development lifecycle, working backwards from the customer to identify problems that need to be solved and partnering across cross functional teams to deliver results.
Key job responsibilitiesYou will be the voice of the customer as you identify product opportunities and develop a data and science-based product strategy.
You will learn about the problems they are trying to solve, analyzing service and business metrics, writing PRFAQs, Business Requirement Documents, and iterating on product decisions with the Data, Science and Technical teams.
You will lead multi-functional collaborations across science, engineering, and product to define a problem-solving roadmap and validate various analytical and science approaches using experimentations.
You will continuously collaborate with finance and product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver analytics and science solutions to our customers and scale their successes globally.
You will assess Return-on-Investment of competing solutions, prioritize what is right for our customers, make feature trade-off decisions, and drive alignment from a diverse set of stakeholders.
The role requires a detailed understanding of and ability to balance product, technology, and program/stakeholder management.
Hence maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, strong business acumen, analytical skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
