Sr. Product Owner

Description: Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner, where youll play a critical role in working to provide data solutions to provide business insights.
The position offers the opportunity for growth and skill development in a fast-paced environment.
This role will have support the Release Train Engineer and have Product Owner responsibilities under Scaled Agile framework to drive the mission of the Aeronautics CDAAO Solution Analytics team.
The individual will: Maintain focus on the project and synchronize agile teams Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize epics/features/stories/projects Translate business requirements into features/stories for the technical teams Identify and remove impediments and risks Facilitate Agile ceremonies (DSU, Program Backlog/Vision, PI Planning, Iteration Planning/Review, Retrospective, etc) Build significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications: US Citizenship Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Considered career, or journey, level.
Strong business and data analysis skills - capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, proposing solutions, documentation and process mapping, etc.
Strong data and BI analysis skills - detailed analysis of source systems, KPI definitions, and aggregations.
Familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework and the different roles within that framework Significant years of proven experience aligned to the RTE / PO duties listed in Job Description Strong problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication skills Ability to obtain Security Clearance Desired Skills: Domain knowledge in Production Operations, Quality & Mission Success, Supply Chain Management Experience working in SAP ERP Experience working with relational databases and virtualization tools such as SAP Hana In-Memory database, Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, and Tibco Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
