Vimeo is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to empower our Product Marketing and Pricing teams.You will drive seamless operations, foster stakeholder alignment, and champion scalability and efficiency. This role is instrumental in supporting both Pricing and Product launch initiatives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will facilitate the end-to-end planning and execution of Product Marketing programs to deliver success for our business. This is a highly cross-functional role and requires someone who is a strong self-starter and is operationally-minded. This is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.*Candidates based in NYC or East Coast preferred*What you'll do:Lead the charge:Facilitate end-to-end planning and execution of Product Marketing programs, collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams.Forge strong partnerships:Establish goals, roadmaps, and operational models for effective cross-functional engagement within the business.Navigate the organization:Build relationships with a diverse range of partners and contributors, including Marketing, Creative, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Legal.Lead pricing & packaging initiatives:Partner with key stakeholders to develop holistic launch plans.Drive results:Define initiative-level roadmaps, ensure work delivers on goals, and steer programs to successful completion.Operationalize success:Establish communication structures, project templates, resource management, and leadership updates.Anticipate and mitigate risks:Identify and proactively address potential obstacles and risks across multiple teams.Skills and knowledge you should possess:6-8+ years of Consulting, Program Management, Product marketing or relevant experienceExperience in structuring and implementing impactful marketing initiatives at scale with cross-functional teams in a large digital product org.Exceptional GTM/project management experienceBias for action - both strategically and tacticallyDemonstrated ability to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholdersClear and compelling communicatorTargeted Base Salary Range: $110,700.00 to $169,500.00The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.At Vimeo, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent across the globe.
