Core Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project needs and IT solutions. Solution Design: Convert business requirements into technical specifications and workflows. Feasibility & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluate project value and support informed decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency. Project Oversight: Define project scope, create schedules, manage resources, and track project progress. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management. Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, facilitating feedback and training sessions as needed. Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in IT business analysis and project management, with strong project management experience. Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira); strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 is beneficial.
