About the role
As a Sr Ops Project Mgr, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the operations and administration of a medium to high complexity interal projects. We will count on you to provide visible leadership, accountability, and authority to project stakeholders. Along the way, you will work independently and exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered and developing recommended solutions.
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of ERP systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Devotes 90% of time to leading and managing projects. 10% of time to team and personal development.
Hold project team status meetings and monthly update meetings to report on program/project status, issues/risks, and progress to plan.
Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology.

What we're looking for
Proven experience in successfully leading and managing end-to-end implementation projects of ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, plus five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PMP certification is required within 6 months of placement in PM role.
Active PMI membership is desirable.
