We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Project Manager to lead and integrate cross-functional IT projects with significant scope and impact. Responsibilities: As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional IT projects to ensure their successful completion. Your key responsibilities include:
Project Oversight: Manage projects within the IT Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio, ensuring design specifications and deliverables align with business requirements.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate financial resources effectively, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Team Coordination: Manage tasks at the team level, establish and track goals, and lead team planning meetings to maintain project momentum.Technical Expertise:Create and interpret network diagrams.Order and install circuits, build and maintain datacenters.Understand cable types, connectors, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Visio and MS Project for efficient project planning and execution.Additional Projects: Complete additional assignments as directed by the manager.Additional Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, develop plans, and allocate resources.Risk Management: Identify dependencies, manage risks, and resolve issues.Team Management: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors.Progress Monitoring: Track milestones and adjust as needed to ensure success.Reporting: Present progress updates and solutions to senior management.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain project documentation.This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime. **All Candidates Must be Authorized to Legally Work in the US Without Sponsorship** Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully.
