Title: Sr. Project Manager

Responsibility Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between assigned brands and all internal departments, ensuring the seamless execution of new product launches. This role involves close collaboration with Business Development, R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Operations teams to align priorities and commitments to both internal and external customers. The Sr. Project Manager will lead multiple high-priority projects, managing complex timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery that meets customer expectations and company objectives. Additionally, this role provides leadership by mentoring other Project Managers and overseeing the successful management of a team.
Responsibilities:
Project & Customer Management Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely product launches and high customer satisfaction.Manage high-value projects and accounts by developing, publishing, and executing detailed project timelines.Oversee the accuracy of the project tracker and ensure external customer commitments are on schedule; proactively communicate any changes or risks to stakeholders.Provide pricing for ancillary services and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all customer-facing information, including samples, lead times, and pricing for new projects.Investigate and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with management to implement solutions and maintain positive communication.Internal Leadership & Team Management Provide leadership and mentorship to other Project Managers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring that best practices are followed across the team.Lead and oversee the successful coordination of project teams, ensuring all members are aligned on objectives and timelines.Facilitate and co-lead Gate-Review meetings for all new products in collaboration with the Director of Project Management.Manage the transition of project details to the Operations team for line trials, and attend these trials as needed to ensure customer support.Collaborate with Business Development to identify new opportunities and prepare for client presentations.Project Coordination & Execution Issue Product Development Requests (PDR) that define COG targets, benchmarks, and customer requirements such as No-No lists.Share final approved pricing with the BOM/PO Coordinator and initiate pricing requests as needed.Oversee regulatory requests and ensure launch compliance for assigned customers.Track progress toward monthly sales targets and report any shortfalls, suggesting corrective actions for assigned accounts.Schedule and lead regular calls with clients, maintain detailed calendars, and document all meeting notes for easy access by the team.Ensure a smooth project handoff to the Customer Service department and provide ongoing support to ensure successful product launches.Represent the company at industry meetings, client presentations, and trade shows as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Natural Science, Cosmetic Science, STEM, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or product development environment. Experience in cosmetic contract manufacturing is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple complex projects and clients simultaneously.Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding project teams to success.Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
