SaaS Implementation experience required | Unable to Sponsor We are looking for an Implementation-heavy Project Manager (Remote eligible) able to work on EST time zone and spearhead SaaS implementations for our Healthcare clients.
This is a permanent employee role for someone who is experienced with project planning for end-to-end delivery, including kickoffs, milestones, managing scope, and keeping implementations timely and within budget.
Ideally we are looking for a PM experienced with tight delivery times for Healthcare environments and proven experience leading successful end to end SaaS implementations from kickoff through to post go-live.
Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the successful completion of a project's deliverablesHas the lead role on a project team and serves as the primary contactDocuments project scope within SOWManages changes in scope in accordance with change control proceduresDevelops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical pathDrives collaboration between functional teams and customers to achieve milestones and deliverablesEnsures project plan decisions are documentedIdentifies and mitigates risksDocuments actions items and verifies they're completedFacilitates meetings.
Ensures agenda and minutes are publishedResponsible for ensuring project artifacts are stored in a location in line with company policies and are accessible by appropriate team membersManages resource bookings for assigned project(s)Responsible for reporting on the status of a project and escalating issuesDrafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) wherever appropriate Requirements: 5 years experience as a project manager including experienced with the pressures of delivering SaaS software on time.Experienced in detailed project planning, project governance, capacity planning, and project budgeting.Documentation heavy - ideal candidate has successfully created, shared and stored project plans throughout careerWorking knowledge delivering SaaS product to healthcare industry is a big plusProficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologiesProfessional experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Project - for project plan documentation requiredUnable to sponsor, hold, transfer Visas at this time
