Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Real Estate Paralegal at Barsh and Cohen, P.C.
The Sr. Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, due diligence on closings, title insurance, working residential and commercial real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skillsTitle Insurance and ALTA, CD, Settlement Statement experienceKnowledge of Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactionsExperience in handling the closing process of a transactionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment
