The ideal candidate for this position should possess an excellent working knowledge of all phases/aspects of the Land right of way acquisition process: title, negotiation, valuation specialty reports, encroachments, damage settlement, permitting and contractors supervising among others. Coordination and management of all activities on a project while keeping it on schedule and within budget are necessary skills. Experience in establishing valves on projects ranging from Roadway, Water & Wastewater, and underground utilities among others. Familiarity with engineering drawings and surveys is expected.
