Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data model, user roles, workflows, inbound and outbound, import/export and portals Build and unit test data migration components. Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules Prepare detailed design documents for data migration Guide and support junior team members in implementing STEP activities using standard methodologies. Support integration, system and user acceptance testing. Required Qualifications: At least one full-cycle implementation of Stibo Systems STEP MDM in a leadership role; additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus 3-5 years of relevant Stibo development work experience and 5-8 years of IT industry experience Effective interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experienced technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, Web services Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related major. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until December 01, 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $133,000.00 – $156,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
