About the Role: The Field Enablement team is committed to ensuring our Go-To-Market organization has the processes, skills, and technical expertise necessary to effectively engage with customers and partners throughout their journey. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical field enablement, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and knowledgeable and hands on with Data and AI technologies.
In this role, you will own and implement large-scale technical enablement programs, working cross-functionally to boost the productivity of our Field Engineering teams. We're seeking someone passionate about enablement, eager to coach and collaborate with Technical SMEs and the Field Engineering community, with strong technical expertise in our platform, especially in Consumption Motion and Data and AI. A learner-focused mindset is essential for designing and delivering innovative, tailored programs for the field.
Given the technical nature of this position, having a strong technical background is essential. You will frequently collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure our programs are grounded in real-world technical requirements and reflect the most current product updates and capabilities. Your ability to speak the language of technical professionals and understand complex technical concepts will be key to building effective training modules.
Your strategic mindset and program management skills will be crucial in driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization.
This role reports to a Sr. Manager in the Technical Enablement organization within Field Engineering.
The Impact You Will Have: Design and develop comprehensive enablement programs that enhance the skills and productivity of technical, customer-facing roles within the Field Engineering organization.Develop and implement targeted enablement initiatives designed to increase field productivity, ensuring technical teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently engage with customers.Collaborate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and curate enablement content that reflects the latest product updates and industry best practices.Lead initiatives that integrate real-world use cases into enablement programs, allowing technical field teams to apply their skills in practical, scenario-based learning environments.Manage and oversee the end-to-end program development process, from discovery and program design to implementation and evaluation.Develop and implement assessment frameworks and establish productivity metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously refine and enhance enablement's approach.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing among technical teams.What We Look For: Deep experience in developing/delivering training & enablement, ideally in a Tech / Data focused company.A track record of designing and executing enablement programs that measurably improve the productivity and effectiveness of field teams.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated success in developing and delivering enablement programs tailored to technical, customer-facing roles.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.A strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting to rapidly changing environments.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.Pay Range Transparency Zone 1 Pay Range: $108,000 — $191,100 USD
