Sr Technical Project Manager

FuturHealth is seeking an experienced Sr Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead innovative healthcare technology projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital health solutions.

Responsibilities: Lead Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with FuturHealth's strategic goals and objectives Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Manage and prioritize product backlogs, working closely with product owners to ensure maximum value delivery Remove obstacles and bottlenecks that impede team progress, allocating resources as needed Monitor project progress using Agile metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies and principles Manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new healthcare technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in healthcare technology Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and analytical capabilities Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities Strong stakeholder management skills At FuturHealth, we're committed to revolutionizing healthcare through technology.
