Radformation is seeking a self-motivated Senior Vice President of Sales to join an innovative team. As Radformation sets out to scale, the Senior Vice President of Sales will work directly with our sales team to:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion 
- Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing team across sales 
Senior Vice President of Sales is a multidimensional discipline. As part of a smaller team environment, you will be responsible for aligning sales functions of the company to deliver a cohesive growth strategy.
\n ResponsibilitiesMentor and provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring all initiatives align with our business goals.Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies.Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define company-wide growth plans.Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth.Coordinate the sales team to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.Implement a sales training and development program to optimize the effectiveness of the sales team.Develop and implement robust sales processes and metrics to forecast and track key account metrics. Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.10+ years of sales experience within the SaaS healthcare industry.Proven experience as a Senior Vice President of Sales or similar executive role within the SaaS healthcare industry.Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful sales strategies.Extensive understanding of the SaaS business model and sales process including but not limited to: territory management, sales process, sales operations, compensation plans, performance management, and deal desk.Highly motivatedStrong analytical and project management skillsPassionate about mentoring and leading a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to think strategically, multi-task, and meet deadlinesExperience with numerous markets and the understanding of the nuances between segments
