Production Lead/Back up- Molding Hours are M-F 5:45am-2:05pm
MUST EMAIL RESUME TO to be considered Job Description Summary/objective Provide the manufacturing support through leadership, supervision, ensure quality of product is produced per specification, follow schedule, coordinate work flow and oversee other day to day operations in department. Make sure department meets daily standards. Maintain or improve department goals. Keep customer in mind (internal and external) and work effectively to achieve team and organization goals. Adheres to promote safety environmental practices and policies Review job orders for accuracy. Review all completed job orders. Issue raw material job order. Attend monthly production efficiency meetings. Other duties as assigned. Competencies Read blueprints and follow written instructions (MP's, Spec's & MS's). Lean manufacturing. Dependable.
