About the Job We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Staff Accountant (Audit) who is looking to gain valuable experience with a high-volume fast-paced global company. This position will be responsible for preparing documents, schedules, and a variety of information requested by external auditors.
As the audit liaison for the accounting department, you will manage the audit request list, respond to requests in a timely manner, have frequent communication with auditors, and communicate findings to the Controller & Director of Finance.
The audit liaison will coordinate with various members within the accounting department as well as other department managers to fulfill requests. This position has growth potential and opportunities to explore other areas in accounting of interest. We aim to align the strengths & interests of our team members with the current needs of our department to achieve company goals.
We need a team player who is willing to "do what it takes," is flexible, and can manage concurrent tasks/projects.
