Job Description: Our client is in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant specializing in Revenue and Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic finance team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations, ensuring precise revenue recognition and proficient management of accounts receivable.
Your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in upholding our organization's financial integrity.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
NetSuite experience
Directly related professional AR/AP experience

Key Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and compliant customer invoices, ensuring completeness in accordance with customer agreements.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and diligently follow up on overdue invoices.

Maintain and optimize effective collections strategies to enhance cash flow.

Engage with customers to promptly and professionally resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.

Prepare monthly account reconciliations to uphold accuracy in accounts receivable records.

Ensure timely and accurate recognition of revenue in alignment with company policies and U.S. GAAP.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address revenue-related issues and discrepancies.

Assist in financial statement preparation and variance analysis.

Participate in special projects as assigned by the Manager - Revenue and Accounts Receivable or Controller.
