Located in the vibrant Westchase area of Houston, this 100% on-site role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Location: Westchase, Houston (On-site)
What You'll Do: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processingDevelop and implement processes and controls for financial accuracyLead month-end close for multiple entities, ensuring smooth and timely financial reportingManage bank reconciliations and inter-entity reconciliationsPrepare journal entries for various financial activitiesAssist in preparing financial statements and meeting with senior accountants for reviewWhat You Bring: 3-5 years of accounting experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsBachelor of Science in Accounting (minimum GPA of 3.2)Proficiency with Excel and experience in account analysisExperience with AP/AR, invoicing, and general ledger systems (Sage or QuickBooks preferred) If you're ready to bring your skills to a growing firm and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
