Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Staff Accountant.
Where you'll be working: Knoxville
\n What you'll be doing Prepare and manage up to 20 different client's billings and related payablesInteract with Account Service teams to facilitate client billingMonitor internal processes to verify open orders and pending payablesPrepare ad hoc reports for Account Service teams and clients What you bring1 + years' experience in an Accounting or a Finance role and/or equivalent internship experience for recent graduatesIntermediate level skills in Excel / Google SheetsStrong attention to detailHigh level of communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) to effectively communicate and interface with internal team membersAbility to juggle multiple tasks and manage work with little supervisionExperience working in a Mac environment, including Google Suite and Adobe preferredPrior experience in an advertising, marketing, media, or startup environment is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
