CFS of New York is working with a well-established Engineering firm seeking a Staff Accountant to join their firm Our client has completed projects nationwide and is continuing to expand.

Manage Accounts Payable process via vendor portals, match invoices to purchase orders, obtain approvals, process for payment AR/Collections and billing responsibilities, ensure timely statements are sent to customers Assist with month end closing activities including bank reconciliations, journal entries and assist with preparation of financial statements Communicate with Principles / Management daily regarding business operations Experience Preferred:

2+ years of relevant accounting experience Bachelors a plus Experience with Deltek Ajera a plus Experience with engineering / real estate a plus #CBJUL2023
