Providing ongoing education, training, and mentorship for both new hires and established staff. Facilitating 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process, offering guidance and support as needed. Conducting regular rounding with long-term employees to maintain engagement and job satisfaction.
