We are looking for a Senior Software EngineerCompensation: $270,000 - $300,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer you will be part of the Upsells Org, driving engineering for some of our highest visibility and most impactful products.
You will be working closely with other software engineers and product managers in your team on solving interesting problems and driving business values.
About the Role: Design, develop, test, deploy and improve code that solves real world problemsOwn complex product features end to end across the stack - with a focus on customer impactOperate with autonomy in solving problemsCollaborate with other teams to deliver new productsCreate fast, scalable and easy to use applicationsBuild libraries and frameworks that others can useSupport and mentor other engineers on best practices, architecture, and qualityRequirementsAbout You: 10+ years of experience in Software EngineeringStrong commercial experience in one of the following languages: Go, Java, C#, Python, along with Javascript, Typescript, React.
You have written a lot of performant easy-to-maintain code using best practices.Extensive experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesAn eagerness to work and learn in the open and share your learnings with your teammates.A willingness and comfort communicating remotely through chat, docs, video calls, and other collaborative online toolsThe salary range is $235,000 - $300,000
