Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing clinical nursing knowledge and skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
Assess patients to collect data and identify learning needs, utilizing a systematic and continuous analysis of assessment data to develop problem lists and plans of care.
Implement plans of care, utilizing evidence-based guidelines and organizational policies and procedures to promote safe patient care and a safe practice environment.
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure as a registered nurse by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
CPR - American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification.
