As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our pharmacy. You will collaborate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and other team members to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of pharmacy management and patient care, with supervisory duties over Pharmacy Technicians. Job Responsibilities:
· Partner with the PIC to set and monitor pharmacy goals.
· Aid in developing and implementing growth initiatives.
· Assist with pharmacy finances and budget management.
· Maintain high standards in pharmacy operations.
· Ensure team decisions prioritize customer impact.
· Lead regular meetings to promote teamwork and goal achievement.
· Foster open communication with pharmacy staff.
· Work with practitioners to enhance processes and patient outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and best practices.
· Assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate operations.
· Perform standard pharmacist responsibilities.
· Participate in surveys and act on recommendations.
· Contribute to the pharmacy's improvement program.
· Engage in professional activities and continuing education.
· Complete other duties as assigned by the President/PIC. Qualifications: Pharmacy degree and State Licensure. Strong organizational and delegation skills. Experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes. Organizational skills to maintain accurate records. Current knowledge of applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
