We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The Team:Noah's Instruments and Accessories (I&A) Team is responsible for the development of endoluminal instrument and accessories that are safe, effective and on-time. We are a dynamic, data-driven team and pride ourselves on our creative and collaborative approach to problem solving. We continuously strive to for win-win solutions that our customers love. Noah Medical I&A team members have the traditional role of design and prototyping but also take the lead on design requirements, specifications, design risk assessment, test methods, verification testing and more. I&A also plays a critical cross functional role in support through production and even post-market performance assessments. We welcome diverse thinkers and value both experience and fresh ideas.A Day In The Life Of Our Staff Product Engineer:Oversee and execute tasks related to maintaining product consistency and qualityOversee and execute the process of converting internal and external product complaints into meaningful improvementsCoordinate testing to maintain compatibility among multiple systems as the systems undergo design changes.Own the testing and analysis of returned field devices, including flexible endoscopes, disposable devices, and capital devices/equipment.Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure that issues that arise are well understood and addressed. Driven to achieve consistent, high-quality parts and assemblies.Contribute to driving down the cost of components by strategically selecting appropriate suppliers and processes.Manage a small team of product engineersAbout You:At least 7 years experience in the medical device industryExperienced working alongside manufacturing teams and quality teamsProficient in project management and handling multiple workstreams. Well organized to keep on top of a wide breadth of responsibilities and tasksExpert in root cause analysis. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills.
