At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.About the jobTwilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance. Trust Hub is Twilio’s KYC Platform (Know Your Customer), and it is the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs. In this role, you will own various Trust Hub products end to end where you will aim to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while also maintaining best in class KYC standards.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user storiesPartner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metricsDevelop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmapPartner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growthConduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.Qualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!Required:Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaSProven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategiesCommand of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholdersStrong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goalsInitiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challengesExperience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise softwareBachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceDesired:Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystemsExperience building products/services related to APIs, developer experienceLocationThis role will be remote, and based in the United States, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, NY, NJ, WA, PA, CT, or District of ColumbiaTravel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:Based in Colorado: $149,440.00 - $186,800.00  This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
