The Design & Build team is responsible for the core experience that enables designers to transform their creative visions into reality. As a PM on the Design & Build > Styles team, you will enable visual developers to design and build amazing web experiences at scale, with powerful and flexible primitives for styling—including variables, selectors, and interactions. Own the vision and roadmap for one of Webflow's core visual development capabilities, Styles, including variables, selectors, and interactions.Drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions, leveraging the power of the GSAP library natively in Webflow.Bring the voice of the visual developer to the product development process: developing deep user empathy, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights with expertise in crafting experiences for the web.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, user research, data, and GTM teams to bring to life new tools and capabilities.Operate at every level of fidelity—sweating the UX details of styling single elements while also pushing to unlock bold new capabilities for style and motion.Prioritize the highest-leverage areas to tackle across a massive surface area.In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
