We are seeking a full time (weekends only), Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on the Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital/ Inova Schar Heart and Vascular. 3 x 12-hour shifts D/N Rotation. Key characteristics of our unit include: Bi-weekly multidisciplinary education sessions, entirely private patient care rooms, competitive nurse to patient ratios with 3-4:1 for both day and night shift, highly trained resource and charge nurses proving support on every shift, highly involved management team consisting of clinical director, unit supervisors, and patient care navigator providing consistent training and education and ensuring robust support.
