Collaborates across multiple departments to achieve quality care, compliance, and member outcomes. Uses software systems including Excel dashboards to manage processes, data, and performance metrics. Coaches team members on productivity and performance, fosters collaboration and decision making. Masters a varying compliance environment to ensure that all policies and guidelines are adhered to. Develops and implements process improvement plans.
