Inova Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) CVOR for a nursing job in Annandale, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Shift: days Employment Type: Staff Sign-on bonuses available up to $20K for qualified RNs and Relocation bonuses also available! This is for a day/evening shift opening. The CVOR is located on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus within the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute (IHVI) for adult cardiac surgery and Inova Women's and Children's Hospital for pediatric/congenital cardiac surgery. The CVORs are state of the art with Stryker integrated video and a Philips (Single Plane) Hybrid OR with a total of 7 operating rooms serving all cardiac surgery needs including thoracic organ transplant (heart and lung), mechanical circulatory support, structural heart, congenital, and advanced aortic surgery. Requirements: - Minimum of one year direct Operating Room Registered Nurse experience is required. preferred experience the following specialties: Vascular, Orthopedics, Robotics, Neurosurgery - Multi-specialty trained Operating Room nurse is highly desired - Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. - RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia - BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA) - Must be available to take call and rotate weekends, holidays and off-shifts Inova Job ID #660010.
